She was predeceased by: her husband James Billy Ballard; her parents, William Gregg and Mary Ann Gregg; and her daughter Ann Marie Prowse. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Knight (Bill) of Mohawk and James Israel Balllard of Greeneville; her siblings, Debbie Elmore (Mike) of Bulls Gap, Judy Morgan (Billy) of Mosheim and Rick Gregg (Ann); her aunt Barbara McGinnis of Gray; her siblings-in-law, Jerry Ballard (Lisa) and Linda Ramsey of Morristown; and her close friends, Toni McDade and Karen Powers of Greeneville. She is also survived by five grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
