She was predeceased by: her parents, Norce Holbrook and Lena Holbrook (Lewis); her husband Max McCreary; her daughter Kaye Montieth; her brother Headley Holbrook; her siblings-in-law, Lillian Holbrook and Elmer Bowman; and her great-nephew Luke Venable.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Ellenburg (Cecil) of Greeneville; her grandchildren, Kyle Montieth (Kelly) of Stephenville, TX, Shelley Hayes (Chris) of Philadelphia, TN, Lori Montieth of Fort Worth, TX and Sarah Mitchell of Greeneville, TN; her great grandchildren, Caisson Montieth (Montana) and Carlee Guidry (Mason); her grandchildren, Ella Montieth of Texas, Bayli, Lilli, Maddi Hayes, Zach and Josh Mitchell of Tennessee; her sister Mary Lou Bowman of Putney, KY; her sister-in-law Tina Holbrook of Baxter, KY; her nephew Tim Bowman (Sheila) of Putney, KY; and her niece Pam Bowman of Spring Hill, TN. She is also survived by several great nieces and great-great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home (125 Idletime Dr, Greeneville, TN 37743). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
