She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Morgan and Mary Morgan; her husband J. C. Starnes; her grandson Robbie Cutshaw; her siblings, Ruby Early, Geraldean Tame, Nola Hensley, Nora Belle Lowe, James, Charlie, Tony, Troy, Gene and Jed Morgan; and her pet Olive.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Miller, Jimmy (Angie Starnes) and Jamey (April Starnes); her grandsons, Jeremy Cutshaw, Tyler Starnes (Maddie) and Aaron Walker; her great grandchild Asher Starnes; her brother T. J. Morgan (Loretta); her sisters-in-law, Trula Morgan and Margie Gunter; and her pets, Timber, Ripple and Blue Kitty. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
