She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore Ray Hartsell; her sons, Jeffery Lynn Hartsell, Dennis Ray Hartsell and Brian Keith Hartsell; her parents, Carl William and Mary Ruth Hodges Saults; and her siblings, Betty Jane Saults, Billy Joe Saults and Howard Lewis Saults.
She is survived by: her sisters, Jannie Carolyn McIntosh (Alton) of Chuckey and Ruth Elizabeth Black (Tony) of Knoxville; and her stepdaughters, Joyce Ann Lowe of Limestone and Janice Price of Florida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
