He was predeceased by: his parents, David H. Johnson and Rena Faye Johnson; and his grandparents, J. K. and Bonnie Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Katie Johnson; his daughters, Mandi Johnson Martin (Brian) and Geri (Phillip Nuckols); his grandchildren, Austin, Allison, Isaac, Mallory and Amelia; his brother Danny Johnson; his siblings-in-law, Lauren, Kelly McNutt, Laurel and Tim Reaves; his nieces and nephews, Adam McNutt and Mintie Younger; his aunt Frances; his uncle Thomas Johnson; and his close friends, Dale Brown, Clint Campbell and Bud Tucker.
