He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Gerhardt; his daughter E'va Gerhardt; his parents, Tom Gerhardt and Lynda Gerhardt of Phoenix, Arizona; his grandmother Carolyn Harding of Clark; his sister Erin (Matt Parrack) of Prescott, Arizona; his nieces, Sophia Parrack of Prescott, Arizona and Natalie Parrack of Prescott, Arizona; his brother Patrick (Stacy Gerhardt) of Bentonville, Arkansas; his niece Haylee Haines of Bentonville, Arkansas; and his nephew Ayden Gerhardt (Olivia Gerhardt) of Bentonville. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
