He is survived by: his brother Roger L. Hendrix (Clare E. Hendrix) of Winchester, VA; his nephew Joseph Caruso (Nicole) of Virginia; his nieces, Melinda Hook and Amanda Hook Beck (David) of Virginia; and his friends, Nancy McNeese Monger of Greeneville, Bobby of Greeneville and Shairon Lane of Greeneville.
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested a memorial donation to the Greeneville-Greene County Public Library or to another charity.
