He was predeceased by: his parents, L. G. Smith and Mildred Smith; his brother Bill Smith; and his nephew Craig Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Christy; his son-in-law Dustin Moore; his grandchildren, Autumn, Tehya and Brock; his brother Leonard Smith Jr.; his sister-in-law Kim; his niece Laura Ann Mitcham (Mike); his nephew Chris Smith; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Craig, Ashley, Rachel, Michael and Sydney.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home (1125 Tusculum Blvd, Greeneville, TN 37745). A memorial service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Doughty-Stevens Chapel (1125 Tusculum Blvd, Greeneville, TN 37745).
