He was predeceased by: his brother Roy Johnson; and his stepfather Hubert Dean. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Dean; his daughters, Jessica Johnson and Whitney Oliver (Jordan Oliver); and his grandchildren, Jordann Johnson, Kaydince Smith, Jaydin Johnson, Brycen Oliver and Levi Clendenin. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
