It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jason Allen Wilburn (Greeneville, Tennessee), who passed away on August 2, 2023, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Ariona; his father Haskell "Buster" Wilburn; his brother Jimmy Wilburn; his grandparents, Haskell, Betty Wilburn, Sudie Pleasant and Rufus "Buddy" Bowens; his aunt Diane Wilburn Lloyd; his uncles, Donnie Rednour, Sam Buchanan, Ricky Wilburn, Timmy Gass and Danny Carrier; and his cousins, Melissa Ramsey, Chris Tipton and Lynn Jr. Bowens.
He is survived by: his mother Betty Hensley; his stepfather Gary Hensley; his children, Kaytlin Bales, Mirycal Wilburn, Easton Self and Sandra Self; his sister Christy Seay; his aunts and uncles, Ruth Ann Buchanan, Tammy Tipton, Sharon Green, Annie Gass, Sylvia Bowens, Randy Wilburn and Lynn Bowens (Patricia); and his girlfriend Karen Easterly. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
The family request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
