He is survived by: his wife Norma J. Howard; his children, Gina Hamrick of Lawrenceville, GA, Shari Scott (Jerry) of Nashville and Michael Howard (Sheryl) of Knoxville; his grandchildren, Greg Hamrick (Courtney), Felicia Liwosz (Bryce), Joshua Howard (Erica), Amber Scott and Bethany Scott (Daniel); and his great grandchildren, Abby Liwosz, Lucas Liwosz, Emmy Liwosz, Jaiden Scott, Autumn Howard, Levi Hamrick and Zoe Howard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
A reception was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home (125 Idletime Dr, Greeneville, TN 37743).
