He was predeceased by: his mother Louise Jones; his stepfather Troy (Edgar Brown); and his brother Roby Brown. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Brown; his children, Leslie Evans (Gary) of Kingsport, Angela of Greeneville and Roy Brown (Erin) of Charlottesville Va; and his granddaughters, Jordan Sabey (Zak), Annabelle and Brynn Brown.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
