He is survived by: his daughters, Tara Garrett of Chattanooga and Charli Blevins (Donnie, Jr.) of Marysville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Shelby (Philippe LeMaitre), Jessalynn Blevins of Marysville, Indiana, Dalton Blevins of Marysville, Indiana and Dillon Blevins of Marysville, Indiana; his great grandchild Lucas LeMaitre of Chattanooga; and his former wife Brenda Tooley of Chattanooga. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
