He was predeceased by: his parents, Lon Ashley and Lenoir Ashley. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Ashley; his children, Vickie Baugh (Lloyd), Jerome Banks (Rhonda), Rodney Banks, Robert Britton (Penny) and Hollie Toth (Dustin); his siblings, J. D. Ashley (Shirley) and Glenna Neill (Joe); and his close friend Aaron O'Reilly. He is also survived by thirteen grand children; seventeen great grandchildren.
