With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jake Maxwell Malone (Greeneville, Tennessee), who passed away on October 6, 2023 at the age of 21. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Jason Malone and Audra Malone; his grandmother Judy Malone; and his caregiver John Hartman. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
