He is survived by: his wife Ann Stills; his children, Tim Neas (Robin), Junior Neas (Angie), Mary Ann Seaton and Zanna Crain; his great-grandparent Jaden Neas; his sister Tillie Tarlton; his sister-in-law Mae Collins; and his close friends, Employees of State Hwy, Dept, Danny Chandler, Lary Hatley, Paule Bailey and Dewayne Cutshall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, nine grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
