He was predeceased by: his wife Amy Louise Boles; and his children, Linda Robinson and Kevin Boles. He is survived by: his children, Gail Blankenship, Pamela Bentley (Steve), Terri Lynn Gulley (Jamie) and Bryant Boles (Jackie); his close friend Charlie (Charlotte Hoover); and his pets, Dabbo, Winston and Ella. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; several siblings.
