He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Wanda Richards; his parents, Coy Penley and Atlas Peters; his stepfather Merle Richards; his parents-in-law, Jim and Kate Britton; and his sister June Starnes.
A reception was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jeffers Funeral Service (208 N College St, Greeneville, TN 37745).
