He is survived by: his son Jason Garrison (Shelley); his brother Jim Garrison (Maxine); his grandson Tate Garrison; and his nieces and nephews, Susan Ballard Workman, Kelly Garrison McGhee, Scott Garrison and Bruce Ballard, Jr..
