He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann Weller; his parents, Harvey T. Weller and Ruby A. Weller; his brothers, Adam Weller and Byron "Bee" Weller; and his brother-in-law Donald Adams.
He is survived by: his children, Vicky (Daniel Johnson), Beverly Weller and Douglas (Michelle Weller); his grandchildren, Ally, Anna Johnson, Jordan Bailey, Luka, Harper and Harvey Weller; his siblings, Jessie Ann Adams and Rufus (Donna Weller); his siblings-in-law, Sandra Weller and Rob (Nicole Graham); his nieces, Becky (John Mark Koenig), Lisa Weller-Hartman, Susan (Mike Davis), LuAnne Roberts and Tori Graham; his nephew Tommy (Julie Weller); and also Lexis.
