He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Cutshall and Essie Franklin Cutshall; and his siblings, Billy Cutshall and Phyllis Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Linda Cutshall; his sons, Warren Cutshall (Becky) and Joe Cutshall (Amanda); his grandchildren, Elijah Cutshall, Spencer Cutshall, Garrett Cutshall, Axell Cutshall, Octavia Cutshall, Tryton Rowe and Eliza Rowe; his mother-in-law Geneva Walton; and his siblings, Hartsell Cutshall (Karen), Bobby Cutshall (Janet), Edward Cutshall (Doris), Orville Cutshall (Lesia), Porshia Gosnell, Irene Tweed and Flo Sheeks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 7:00 AM at the Doughty-Stevens Chapel (1125 Tusculum Blvd, Greeneville, TN 37745). A reception was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home (1125 Tusculum Blvd, Greeneville, TN 37745). A committal service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the GreeneLawn Memory Gardens (4159 Asheville Hwy, Greeneville, TN 37743).
