She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Middleton and Minnie Middleton; her stepmother Opal Miracle; her siblings, John D. Middleton, William A. Middleton, Guy C. "Buck" Middleton, Carl S. Middleton, Donald R. Middleton, Erma Burke, Glenna Cosley and Dolores Parker; and her parents-in-law, Warnie and Naomi Rector.
She is survived by: her husband James H. "Polk" Rector; her children, Linda Gragg (Mike), Dwayne Rector (Mary) and Gary Rector (Linda); her grandchildren, Amber Rector (Jessee), Deana Cutshall (Eric), Andrew Gragg, James Rector (Kesha), Dustin Rector, Geordyn Williams (Dakota), Katelynn Rector, Austin Rector and Brandon Hall; her siblings, Blanche Huckaby, Cheryl Middleton (Harry), Debra Scott (Bobby) and Daryl Middleton (Sherrie); her sisters-in-law, Bonnie Shipley and Angel Eads; and her close friend Ila Dykes. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
