He is survived by: his siblings, Ray Churchwell and Regina Hill; his children, Robin Churchwell, Curtis Churchwell and Patrick Churchwell; his foster daughter Kimberly Page Lamb (David); his grandchildren, Meghan Lamb, Brantley Tomblin, Braxton Tomblin and Conner Trembley; and his close friends, Larry and Brenda Tomblin. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
