She was predeceased by: her parents, J. B. Ottinger and Jerlee Ottinger. She is survived by: her husband Toddy Laws; her son Guss Laws (Candace); her great grandchildren, Ashlyn Keller (Austin), Khloe Laws, Knox Laws and Callie Keller; her sisters, Connie Gaby and Rebecca Cutshaw (Bill); and her aunt Louise Wright. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A reception was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Family Life Center at Greeneville First Church of God.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to either the donor's charity of choice or to First Church of God, 1505 West Main St, Greeneville, TN 37743, designated for Haiti Missions.
