It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary C. Garland (Greeneville, Tennessee), who passed away on February 22, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gary C. Garland to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dana Lilford and Nina Easter Davis Garland; his siblings, Frieda (Jerry Noens), Cherene (Bill Nichols), Winnie Lee and D. L. Garland; his former wife Mary Garland; and his mother-in-law Mary Sue Brooks.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Brooks Hayes Garland; his children, Brett Garland, Holly Hayes Ferguson (Kevin) and Jesse Hayes (Amber); his grandchildren, Justin Gosnell, Joseph Gosnell, Grace Hayes, Martin Hayes, Allison Hayes and Matthew Hayes; his sister-in-law Diane Garland; his niece Sandy Garland; his father-in-law J. C. Brooks; and his siblings-in-law, Phil Brooks, Vicki, Jackie Nanney, Van, Debbie Brooks, Cindy Gosnell, Beth Harris and Ashley Bailey.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be to the Greene County Humane Society.
