She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis Starnes; her grandson Daniel Collins; her parents, Frances Gentry and Clarcey Gentry; and her sister Loetta Thopson.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Collins (Gary); her grandson Kenny Collins (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Weston Collins (Kensie) and Reagan Collins; and her caregivers, Tena Ratliff and Ronald Rhorton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
