She is survived by: her children, Rev. Jeff Blake (Teri), Lionel Travis Blake and Amanda (Greg Foulks); her grandson Scott Blake (Jasmine); her great grandchildren, Carter Blake and Cash Blake; her brother Jay Johnson; and her close friends, Bernice Ward, Carolyn McCaslin, Cathy Lawing, Cathy Mercer, Carolyn Sauceman, Mary Whaley, Sherry Patrick, Angie Gunter, Heather Mitchell, Libby McInturf, Geraldine Weems and Christy Blevins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
