She is survived by: her mother-in-law Hope; her sons, Jason (Angela Cunningham), Christopher Cunningham of Erwin, Thomas John McKay Jr. (Shelia McKay) and James Edward McKay of Weirton, WV; her sister Angie; her brother-in-law William "Butch" Clendenon of Greeneville; her grandchildren, Andrew, Alexis Cunningham of Johnson City, Hope Humble (Nick) of Smyrna, TN, Noah McKay (Madison) of Murfreesboro, TN, Jake and Jonah McKay of Weirton, WV; her great grandchildren, Carson and Thomas Humble of Smyrna; her cousins, Norine Allen (John), Jim Hyder (Adie) of Elizabethton and David Swann (Cheryl) of Asheville, NC; her close friends, Johann Dutton of Loudon, TN, Carole Mason of Chesnee, SC and Eileen McKay Miller of Scott Depot, WV; and her caregivers, Elsie Johnson, Vickie Payne, Nancy Rogers, Kristie Bird and Debbie Cogburn.
