He was predeceased by: his father Steve Neal; his grandparents, Jewell, Frances Sayler, Cletus and Marian Neal Salyers; his aunt Charlotte Sayler; his uncles, Gary Kelley and Cecil Bitner; and his cousins, Jessie Sayler and Shawn Justis.
He is survived by: his mother Becky Neal; his sisters, Shasta Amaro (Jason Amaro) and Juelz Amaro; his aunts and uncles, Patricia Bitner, George, Susan Sayler, Raymond, Tammie Sayler, Phyllis Light and Ginger Kelley; and his cousins, Hannah Bitner of Scottie, G. W., Emily, Peyton, Wesley Sayler, Raymond Lee Sayler, Carla Arnold, Cody Arnold and Shellie Justis Toomey.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jeffers Funeral and Cremation Service (208 N College St, Greeneville, TN 37745). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A memorial service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
