She was predeceased by: her son Anthony Hensley; and her parents, Mack Tipton and Hazel Tipton. She is survived by: her son Jeff Hensley; her grandchildren, Jerrod Hensley, Calista and Kirsten Hensley; her nephew Jason Campbell; her stepsons, Ronny Widener, Donald Widener and John Issac Widener; her close friend Christina Perry; her sister Karen Campbell; her former husband Louis Hensley; and her husband James Widener.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations maybe be made to the American Heart Association.
