He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Debbie, Paul and Kate Crum; and his cousin Willis Crum. He is survived by: his sister Deborah Fraysier (Michael) of Harker Heights, Texas; his aunt Patsy Crum of Greeneville; his nieces, Deena Cornblum (Eddie) and Brye Ritchie (Todd); his nephew Zion Fraysier; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tarran Lisenbe, Couper Cornblum, Landry Ritchie and Scout Ritchie; his cousins, Bobby Gene Crum (Nita), Kathy Crum Hopson (Kenny), Grant "Opie" Crum (Bridget) and Patrick Crum (Michelle); and his friends, Alfred Shaw, Marcus Key and Charlie Higdon. He is also survived by many cousins, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the local farmers market and other small businesses in Greeneville in Donnie's memory.
