He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda; his son-in-law David Burgner; his siblings, Bill Tobie (Wanda), Betsy Manis and Kathleen Tobie Sauceman (Kat); and his sister-in-law Ann Harris Tobie. He is also survived by nephews and great nieces and nephews.
