He is survived by: his children, Michael Lynn Shelton and Sarah; his son-in-law Lee Steele; his stepson Justin Clancy; his grandchildren, Logan, Deana Tarlton, Sage Tarlton, Desiree Clancy, Hannah Nickolson, Eric Shelton, Emma and Cassie Bryant; his great grandchildren, Ava Grace and Owen Carson Tarlton; his brother Roy Earl; his sisters-in-law, Janie Shelton, Alice Shelton and Mary Shelton; and his close friend Scooter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
