She was predeceased by: her mother Donna Shaw. She is survived by: her close friend Raymond Nance; her sons, Eric Bradley and Brian Bradley; her father Paul Hensley; and her siblings, Roy Hensley (Chasity), Tonya Fellers, Darlene Hagan (Rusty) and Theresa Smith (Tim). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
