He is survived by: his mother Glenna Woolsey; his wife Karen Woolsey; his children, Kristy Carter (David) of Swansboro, NC, Ashley Millsaps (Travis) of Dunlap, TN and Jonathon Woolsey (Cara) of Soddy-Daisy, TN; his grandchildren, Kadence, Kyleigh Carter and Knox Millsaps; his sister Pamela Melton of Greeneville; his sister-in-law Marie Trammel (Jim) of Fall Branch; his nieces, Kelley Pitts, Brandi Malone and Allison Trammel; and his nephew Tarren Melton. He is also survived by family members and friends.
