He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Luther "Dob" Key and Mabel Collins Key; and his sister Debbie Shepard. He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Key (Pat), Teresa Key, Mitzi Gass and Amy Sexton (John); and his nieces and nephews, Shasta Crum, Chad Collins, Victoria Franklin, Adam Gass, Phoebe Shilling, Michelle Payne, Angie Key, Eddie Key and Lee Key. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; and several special cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Darrell's wishes were to have donations made to the Care Center, c/o Rhonda Castro, 766 W. Andrew Johnson Hwy, Greeneville, TN 37745.
