He is survived by: his former wife Darlene Anderson; his caregivers, Steve, Dawn Morris, James, Pam Bright, Debbie Silvers, Bill Haxton, Carol Cibelli and Bethany Arnett; his friends, Aaron Hillyer, Mike Willhite, Big Dave Combs, John Knight, Mark Carter and Clint Cooper; and his children, Desire, Smokey and Chris.
