He is survived by: his parents, Don Mathis and Pam Mathis; his brother Kevin Mathis; his sister-in-law Ariana Mathis; his pet Stella; and his cousins, LuAnn Mathis, Carolyn, Roy Healea, Mike, Sherry Casteel, Aubrey Casteel, Daryl, Rose, Aiden, Julia Healea, Jennifer, Ella, Cam Terlizzi, Susan Casteel, Madison Howell, Caleb Morgan, Chris Casteel, Brant, Kelly, Brantley, Braxton Chipley, Jared, Hayden, Hudson Chipley, April, Cameron Wehle and Dawn Adams. He is also survived by aunts, uncles.
