He is survived by: his wife Lynda Black; his daughters, Karen Black and Racheal Black; his stepson Chad Ricker; his grandchildren, Zachary Fowler and Case Ealey; his brother Gary; his sister-in-law Joey Black; and his sisters, Debbie (Frank Everhart) and Linda Lamb.
