It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cleo Gaye Tarlton (Greeneville, Tennessee), who passed away on May 22, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Tarlton and Faye Tarlton; her siblings, Dorothy "Lucille" Arrington, James "Jack" Tarlton and Jerry Tarlton; and her niece Reta Wills Taylor.
She is survived by: her sister Billie; her siblings-in-law, Herbert Wills and Jean Tarlton; and her nieces and nephews, Delbert Arrington, Allen Arrington, Barbara Conner, Mary Gregg, Charlotte Street, Sherry Bailey and Jean Wills. She is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews and special friends.
