He was predeceased by: his father Ricky Gentry; his grandparents, Junior Gentry and Marjorie Parton; and his uncles, Darmon Carter and Harold Parton.
He is survived by: his mother Becky Gentry (Philip Pugh); his sister Deidre; his brother-in-law Doodle McCaslin; his niece Kinley McCaslin; his nephew Brayden McCaslin; his grandmother Wanda Gentry; his aunts and uncles, Phyllis Carter, Debbie (Bob Cooper), Mike (Karen Gentry), Carolyn (Johnny Holt), Bobby Gentry, Steve (Barbara Parton) and Punchie Parton; and his great-aunt Shirley Cutshaw.
