He is survived by: his wife Kelly Seay; his children, Nicole (David Voiles), Brandon (Kattiee Seay), Tyler (Rochelle Johnson), Taylor Johnson, Anthony, Austin and Zach Johnson; his grandchildren, Laylynn, Penelope, Jake and Jettie; his sisters, Leslie Ealey and Misty Seay; and his father-in-law Dale (Liz Patterson). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; mother-in-law.
