She was predeceased by: her parents, Flonis Cutshaw and Effie Cutshaw; her siblings, Raymond, Roy Cutshaw, Zetty Rader and Linda Cutshaw; and her former husband William O. "Bill" Ross, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Amy Broadfoot and William; her daughter-in-law Marsha Ross; her stepgrandson Mitchell Saulsbury of Greeneville; her grandson Brian (Tessa Ricker) of Indiana; her great grandchildren, Logan of Indiana, Madison of Indiana and Liam Ricker of Indiana; her sisters, Patsy Rice of Greeneville and Diane Ottinger of Rogersville; and her close friends, Pat Brooks and Mitzi House. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
