He is survived by: his wife Madge Brown; his children, David Glen Brown (Marlene), Judy Neal (Stan) and William Allen Brown Jr. (Sarah); his grandchildren, Christopher Brown, Desiree Brown, Tara Neal, Harold Neal II and Nina Neal; and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Noah, Adam, Benjamin, Samuel Brown, Alexis and Christopher Brown Jr..
