She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Carter. She is survived by: her children, Devin Carter, Dylan Carter, Samantha Carter and Dustin Bishop; her parents, Carl Genay Swatzell and Brenda Swatzell; and her brother Vann Swatzell.
