Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Carolyn Ann Effler of Greeneville, Tennessee, who passed away at the age of 74, on December 7, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Carpenter and Virgie Carpenter; and her brothers, Bobby Carpenter and Larry Carpenter. She is survived by: her husband Phil Effler; her brother Teddy Carpenter (Pam Messer); and her pets, Cassie and Spider Man. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
