He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy C. Whaley and Zelma Huskey Whaley. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Roberts Whaley; his daughters, Lora Eubank (Sam) of Rock Taven, NY and Carmen McIntosh (Brian) of Knoxville, TN; his grandsons, Charlie Eubank, Jack Eubank, Clay Gamble and Chandler Gamble; his stepgrandchildren, Gracie McIntosh of Knoxville, Anna McIntosh of Knoxville and Jack McIntosh of Knoxville; and his sister Betty Ledford (Delmus). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 the family is encouraging everyone to wear their mask.
