He is survived by: his children, Teresa (Tim Bolton) and Frankie (Elly Smith); his grandchildren, Corey, Hannah Smith, Megan Neas, Colton, Lindsey Smith, Timothy Bolton, Brandon Bolton, Hannah Bolton, William Hurd, Mersades Smith, Alex Bolton, Kaitlyne Bolton, Ashton Smith, Olivia Smith, Frannie Smith, Gabe Bolton, Miles Smith, Kensley Smith, Senni Bolton and Bailey Roberts; his great grandchildren, Rylan Davis, Brayden Smith, Casen Davis and Bracelynn Smith; his sister-in-law Tammy Myers; his nephew James; his niece Angie Smith; his great-niece Joanie Cook; his close friends, James McNabb and Ray Myers; and also, Nickie, Chris Landers, Josh Cook, Tracey and Clay Arrwood. He is also survived by children; several great-nieces and great-nephews.
