He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Clark and Betty Clark; and his siblings, Rick Clark and Cathy Hunt. He is survived by: his wife Gail; his siblings, Paige (Frank Mengel) and Shane (Donna Malone); his sister-in-law Shanna; his brothers, Scott Howard, Mark Clark (Ginny) and Todd Clark; his brother-in-law Gary Hunt; and his children, Kim "Critter" Malone, Ted Wilhoit and Curt Wilhoit. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and their children, including special niece.
