She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Floyd Quarles and Lola Belle Quarles. She is survived by: her husband Frank Parker; her son Christopher (Ashley) of West Sacramento, CA; and her granddaughters, Margot and Molly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
